It is composed of volumes  developed around a courtyards (with two segments). They will carry out artistic, educational, formative skills activities.

Under the guidance of specialists, upon request, students would practice: painting, sculpture, tapestry, various crafts, floral design and fashion, dancing, cooking techniques, gardening (with practical training in zone 6) and others. Also here: exhibition spaces and conference rooms. A cafe / tea room and even a restaurant - may be other attractions. Some may also have dual functions, ie grenhouse and confectionery or bookstore and teahouse. A solution is a flexible partitioning  so area to adapt to the requests for optimum exploitation.

Regular exhibitions and competitions will be organized, with regional participation.
